Terms of Service
Rules for using WaSphere fairly and responsibly.
Agreement
By creating an account and using WaSphere, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What WaSphere provides
WaSphere lets you manage WhatsApp conversations from a web dashboard — inbox, sending, bulk messaging, alerts, and optional AI-assisted replies. Connection is via QR code (Linked Devices), not the official WhatsApp Business API.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information
- Keep your password confidential
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share login access with unauthorised people
Acceptable use
- Use WaSphere only for legitimate business communication with customers who expect to hear from you
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassment
- No illegal content, fraud, or impersonation
- Comply with WhatsApp’s own terms and local laws
- Do not attempt to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform
WhatsApp & Meta
WaSphere is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Your use of Linked Devices is subject to WhatsApp’s policies. Numbers may be restricted or banned by WhatsApp if misused. We are not liable for actions taken by Meta.
Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, server issues, or WhatsApp outages may affect connectivity. Linked phones should stay online for best results.
Limitation of liability
WaSphere is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost sales, missed messages, data loss, or indirect damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version date below.
